Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join a busy meat processing and packaging facility based in Geelong.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent afternoon shifts in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will be working in a temperature-controlled production facility, handling and processing raw meat products including beef, lamb, and pork.

This is not an abattoir – products arrive onsite in bulk and are further processed into smaller portions, minced, and packaged for distribution.

Your duties may include:

• Weighing, packing, and labelling products
• Working on production lines
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5–7°C)

Shift Details

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Days: Monday to Friday

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you must:

• Be comfortable working in a cold environment
• Be willing to handle raw meat products (beef, lamb & pork)
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to comply with strict hygiene requirements
